Very difficult application because of high demands on the quality. Bags are produced for medical use, where are very strict parameters of quality. On the bags there can not be any dirt, burned welded spots, deformations, missing tubes or tubes out of positions.
The best solution of the light was underlight the bags. Bags were sensing from five positions. Top middle position is 12 Mpix camera and the rest four position 0,3 Mpix cameras. Top camera is checking the most of defects. Four side camera are pointed to welded spots around tubes.
Vision system OMRON FH
Cameras are connected to external control system Omron FH, which can control eight camera total. Advantage of the system is remote control and offline adjustment of settings.
