Measuring, cleaning and marking parts

The machine consists of several interesting parts. After inserting the part, the height of the part is controlled by precise laser height meters. The part reaches the next position using a rotary table, where the electrical properties of the part are measured. If the part has satisfactory results, it is marked with laser marking. The last position is used for robot removal and vacuuming of the part from microparticles, using a special vacuum cleaner, while the brushes of the vacuum cleaner, as well as the entire machine, are made in ESD design.
