Welding and marking of parts
Operation of the condenser welding machine using industrial robots and conveyors. Two parts are inserted into the welding machine, which are then welded together. The parts are subject to identification before insertion in order to avoid insertion of the wrong part, and at the same time the data from the DMC code is stored in the database for the purpose of traceability. After welding, another robot takes the part and places it in the rotary table, where the part is marked with a DMC code using a laser, the code is checked and then the part is transferred to the machine. The drive passes through the anti-corrosion spray and the part goes to the demagnetizer, where the part gets rid of the residual magnetic field.
