Compact Logix & Compact Guardlogix
Our company was responsible for programming of several ingredient depositors with PLC by Allen-Bradley. Depositors were based on standard PLC Compact Logix or safety PLC Compact GuardLogix.
Kinetix 5500 & Powerflex 550
Every machine was equipped with servo drives Kinetix 5500, which communicate through EthernetIP. Conveyors were running with frequency drives PowerFlex 550, also communicate through EthernetIP.
Panelview Plus
For operators and maintenance was created HMI application for PanelView Plus.
ISA-88 & PlantPax
Customer had request to use international standard of modular programming ISA-88. Rockwell already created library of add-on instruction and faceplates for it, which were used for the project.
