Recognition of ferromagnetic bodies on conveyor belts

Our company is an official distributor of EDIS vvd brand products. We supply and install a detection system called HFT, which is used to recognize the presence of ferromagnetic bodies on conveyor belts. This system is intended for difficult conditions such as steel mills, mines, cement plants and other heavy industrial operations. Customers appreciate the fast and reliable detection of iron waste, fragments or other sharp iron parts, which they could not catch until now, and in case of cutting or damaging the belt, it caused considerable damage. The HFT system recognizes the presence of ferromagnetic bodies, thereby preventing possible damage to the belt, for example cutting. Thanks to this, it is possible to prevent in time an unwanted event, interruption of production and the subsequent necessity to repair or change the belt, remove the remains of fallen material and other unwanted events. By adding a separator, the delivery of which we can also ensure, we will create a completely autonomous system that, after detection, can also remove recognized materials from the belts.
