Palletizing

Taking finished products or packages and placing them on transport bases such as pallets, carts or crates – this is also possible without human intervention. Products can be folded into folders, then folded into stacks and onto pallets. The products leaving the machine do not have to be in a fixed position. We can locate them using a 3D scanner with high accuracy.

Products packed in boxes can be removed depending on the weight using suction cups or mechanical grippers. Storage of boxes on pallets can be in fixed positions, or we can create different templates for the distribution of boxes in layers. We can also use special software to optimize the space on the pallet even with boxes that are not the same shape.

Removing and storing irregularly shaped products is not a problem either.

Together with our partners, we have designed a solution by which we can take products of irregular shapes, whether in the food industry, automotive, e-commerce, furniture industry and others, then store them on pallets or in crates or boxes, while the layout is optimized for the purpose of high usability of the packaging volume.
