Palletizing
A solution for removing products of irregular shapes and placing them on pallets or in crates or boxes
The removal of finished products or packages and their placement onto transport units (such as pallets, carts, or crates) can be fully automated – without the need for human intervention. Products can be transferred into layer pads, then stacked and placed onto pallets. Items coming out of machines do not need to be in fixed positions; we can accurately locate them using high-precision 3D scanning.
Boxed products can be handled using vacuum or mechanical grippers, depending on their weight and characteristics. Palletizing can be done in fixed patterns or using various layer configurations. With the help of specialized software, we can also optimize pallet space, even for boxes of irregular shapes.
We also handle the manipulation of irregularly shaped products. In collaboration with our partners, we have developed solutions for picking and placing such items across various industries, including food processing, automotive, e-commerce, and furniture manufacturing. These products can then be efficiently placed onto pallets, into crates, or boxes, with layouts optimized to maximize space utilization.
