Automation that ensures the smooth running of the production process with high precision and quality
Independent stations are to some extent single-purpose machines, they can be converted into multiple derivatives, all with regard to production capacity and production rate. Our company offers separate assembly and inspection stations, as well as combined assembly and inspection stations. Assembly of products can be manual or semi-automatic, and the operator inserts and removes semi-finished products and finished products. As part of assembly, the process may include pressing, screwing, melting or welding.
Inspection stations are mainly used for visual and electrical inspection of finished products. Finished products are placed in the stations and checked using vision systems, either smart cameras or more advanced cameras with artificial intelligence. As part of the inspection, the presence of components, position, orientation, color, dimensions, processing and other parameters are detected. Electrical inspection consists in connecting connectors or wires to a test device that tests the functionality of individual elements – for example, LED lights. Assembly-control stations are a combination of both processes, and control takes place already during assembly, which ensures a smooth flow of material and production. Production automation in this case ensures the smooth operation of the production process with high precision and quality.
