Standalone stations are, to a certain extent, single-purpose machines. They can be reconfigured into multiple variants, always with regard to production capacity and production takt time. Our company offers standalone assembly stations, inspection stations, as well as combined assembly-inspection stations.
Assembly can be performed manually or in a semi-automated mode, where the operator is responsible for loading and unloading semi-finished and finished products. Within the assembly process, operations may include pressing, screwing, melting, or welding.
Inspection stations are primarily used for visual and electrical inspection of products. Finished products are placed into the stations and inspected using vision systems, including either smart cameras or more advanced AI-based cameras. The inspection process evaluates parameters such as component presence, position, orientation, color, dimensions, surface finishing, and others. Electrical inspection involves connecting connectors or wires to a test device that verifies the functionality of individual elements, for example LED lights.
Assembly-inspection stations combine both processes into a single system, where inspection already takes place during assembly, ensuring a continuous flow of materials and production.
