PCB Inspection Station

We designed and developed an inspection station for printed circuit boards (PCB) using a 2D vision system. The station provides reliable verification of component presence and correct orientation, DMC code reading, and UV coating inspection. The solution also includes image storage for traceability and review, communication with a higher-level system, and the ability to inspect multiple PCB types within a single application. The result is a flexible and precise solution that improves production quality and ensures full traceability of inspected parts.
