The heavy and monotonous human work, which was at the limit of physical effort and ergonomic standards, has been replaced by a high-capacity robot. The robot is equipped with a smart camera on its arm that recognizes parts at both the input and output of the chemical cleaning process. A laser sensor is also installed on the robot to measure the stack height at the input. Based on the identified part type, the correct height and pick positions are calculated.
