During the production process, quality requirements may necessitate separating individual parts of the cup contents to prevent them from mixing. The infeed loading and stacking of cups were designed with a focus on high capacity and short cycle times. The cups were then automatically transferred to the cutting station, where both parts were separated and discharged individually into designated containers.
