Measuring, cleaning and marking of parts

The machine consists of several interesting components. After a part is loaded, its height is checked using precise laser measuring devices. The part is then moved by a rotary table to the next position, where its electrical properties are measured. If the part meets all required parameters, it is marked with a laser. At the final position, the part is picked up by a robot and micro-particles are vacuumed off using a special vacuum cleaner. Both the vacuum brushes and the entire machine are made in ESD-compliant design.
