Tape sticking process caused many troubles for customer. Main problem was efectivity, then capacity and quality. With modernization of conveyor we create continual process with higher capacity and without and stopages. Operators just inserting plastic bases to positions and the rest of the process is fully automatic.
Camera OMRON FQ
Every single tape was checked by camera Omron FQ-2. Camera is checking presence of tape, length and position. Based on the result were parts sorted to good and not good parts.
The modernization of the process increased capacity by 35%.
Servo drive SIEMENS
Conveyor were running by servo drive Siemens. Input entrance for parts is protected by safety light curtains.
