Ultrasonic welding station

Station is designed for melting "T" leading parts for rubber, which will secure rubber from falling out of the part. There are two separate processes on the station. First is welding and checking process and second is sprues cutting. On the begining of welding process, parts are checked by vision system, if there are parts, rubber is in correct position and with correct orientation. Station is designed for working with two parts. Dangerous space of the station is protected by pneumatic sliding doors.

Ultrasonic welding station

Melting of the parts is made by ultrasonic welding machine by RINCO ULTRASONIC. Welding machine is able to work in many modes and it is easilly adjustable for process. Communication with the machine is provided by digital IO with control system.

Camera Omron FQ2

Vision checking is mady by camera Omron FQ2, which is checking parts position, orientation, rubber orientation and sprues presence.
