Station for cutting sprues and visual inspection
The station is used for checking the installation of clips and cutting sprues on injection molded parts. After installation, two parts are inspected and then the sprues are cut off. Cutting is carried out using pneumatic pliers. After the cutting of the inlets has been successfully performed, a sticker is printed for the individual parts and their gluing is checked using the ZEBRA printer.
Omron FQ2 cameras
The inspection is carried out using four Omron FQ2 cameras, which check the fit of the clips and whether they are present in place and whether they are fitted accurately enough.
