Station with ultrasonic welding
The station is used for melting the guide grooves, which prevents the fitted rubber from falling out. At the same time, at the station, the inlets are cut and the overall subsequent control of the process is carried out by a camera. Melting is carried out using an ultrasonic welding machine. The cycle is repeated on two consecutive parts within one set. The entire space is protected by pneumatic drop doors.
Ultrasonic welding machine
Melting is carried out by an ultrasonic welder from the Swiss supplier RINCO ULTRASONIC. It has many welding modes and is easily adaptable to different requirements. At the same time, it communicates via IO with the control system.
Camera Omron FQ2
The inspection is carried out using an Omron FQ2 camera, which checks the position of the part, the orientation of the part, the orientation of the rubber on the parts and the cutting of the sprues. The inspection takes place on two parts at the same time.
